Common questions

What if I don't have a podcast?

Any longform works — webinars, livestreams, recorded client calls, panel talks, even your own screen-share Loom explaining a concept. If it's 30+ minutes and contains 5+ moments worth showing, we can clip it.

Do you post on my behalf or do I post myself?

We post for you, on your accounts, via the platform APIs. You give us OAuth access once during setup. We never post anything before showing you the queue and getting your approval on the first month's batch.

How long until the clips start landing?

First batch ships within 5 days of your first source upload (Starter), 3 days (Pro), 2 days (Enterprise). After the first batch, it's a continuous rolling cadence.

What if I want to cancel?

Stripe handles billing — you can cancel from the Stripe customer portal any time. No annual lock-in. Clips already produced are yours to keep regardless.

Do you do TikTok?

Yes. TikTok production posting is awaiting our Content Posting API audit approval (1-2 weeks from launch); until then, TikTok clips ship to you as ready-to-upload MP4 + caption file. YT Shorts, IG Reels, and FB Reels are live now.
