User data deletion

You have the right to request deletion of any personal data BizSuite holds about you. This page describes what we hold, how to request deletion, and what we delete vs retain for legal reasons.
How to request deletion
Email info@getbizsuite.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include:
- The email address associated with your BizSuite account
- Any social handles (TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook) you've connected to BizSuite
- Whether you want full deletion or only deletion of specific data categories
We respond within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days of confirmation, in line with GDPR Article 17 and CCPA §1798.105.
What we delete
- Your account record, email address, and any profile information you provided
- OAuth tokens for connected platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube)
- Brand-voice profile, niche keywords, sample posts, forbidden words
- Trend signals collected on your behalf
- Drafts produced by the writer agent
- Publish history and per-post analytics records
- Telemetry events tied to your account
What we may retain (and why)
- Stripe transaction records — Stripe retains payment records under their own retention policy (typically 7 years for tax/audit). We do not control this. Request via Stripe support.
- Tax + accounting records — invoices and receipts are retained for the period required by US/Texas tax law (currently 7 years).
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics — we may retain analytics that cannot be linked back to you (e.g., "10 users posted to TikTok this month").
- Backups — automated database backups are retained for up to 90 days. Your data is purged on the next normal-cycle backup rotation after deletion.
Connected platforms
BizSuite stores OAuth tokens for the social platforms you connect. Deleting your BizSuite account revokes these tokens immediately on our side. To also revoke them on each platform's side, visit:
