By accessing or using BizSuite products and services, including MnemoPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

BizSuite provides AI-powered software tools for agencies and developers, including but not limited to MnemoPay (an SDK for AI agent banking infrastructure), PageForge, OutreachBot, LeadFlow, and related products available at getbizsuite.com.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, to interfere with service operation, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with BizSuite are owned by BizSuite. Open-source components (such as MnemoPay SDK) are licensed under their respective open-source licenses as published on npm and GitHub.

6. Payment Terms

Paid services are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Stripe, and Paystack. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

BizSuite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
