Common questions

Does the prospect know it's there?

WhisperCue coaches the rep privately. Cues are shown to you, never spoken on the call. Record and disclose calls according to the consent laws where you and your prospect are — we make the transcript and audit trail easy to keep.

How is this different from Gong or Chorus?

Those tools analyze the recording after the call and hand managers a report. WhisperCue coaches the rep during the call, when the outcome can still change, then writes the scorecard automatically. It's a coach, not a post-mortem.

Where does my call data live?

Each team gets its own instance. Transcripts, cues, and scorecards are stored there — not pooled with other customers. You can export or delete them.

Can I use my own sales methodology?
