HVAC companies

Stop losing HVAC calls, quotes, and renewals to silence.

HVAC revenue rarely leaks through one big hole. It leaks through a missed call at 6 pm in July, a replacement quote nobody followed up, and a maintenance agreement that quietly lapsed. The $997 audit finds yours and ranks the fixes.

Where the money leaks

The leaks we look for first

Missed and after-hours calls

A no-cool or no-heat caller rings the next company on the list. If your office closes at 5 and the phone goes to voicemail, that job is usually gone by the time you call back in the morning. We check what actually happens to a call you do not answer.

Replacement quotes that go quiet

System replacements are high-ticket and decided over days or weeks. Most are lost to silence, not to a competitor. We check whether anyone follows up, how often, and whether you record why a quote was lost.

Maintenance agreements that lapse

Recurring tune-up customers are the steadiest revenue you have. We look at how renewals are tracked and whether anyone contacts customers before the agreement expires.

Slow-season demand

Spring and fall tune-ups fill the shoulder months only if past customers are contacted. We look at whether your customer list is ever used for that.

Reviews and local visibility

In a local search, the company with the stronger Google Business Profile often gets the call. We review your profile, your review habits, and your service-area pages.

Invoices after the job

Commercial and property-management accounts can pay late. We check how long money sits between job done and cash in.

The audit

What the $997 audit does with that

The audit is a two-hour working call. We map how work and leads move through your business today, and we write down where revenue is slipping out. You get four things back:

  • A revenue-leak and process map: where leads, estimates, and invoices stall.
  • An SEO and AI-search visibility review: how you show up when someone searches for what you do, and what to fix first.
  • An automation opportunity map, ranked by expected return so the cheap, high-value fixes come before the expensive ones.
  • A prioritized 90-day plan, delivered within 48 hours of the call.

For an HVAC company, we spend the call on three paths: the inbound call (including after hours), the estimate from site visit to signed work, and the customer after the job (reviews, maintenance agreement, invoice).

Terms, plainly

What you pay and what you get

$997 one time

A two-hour working call, then a written, prioritized 90-day plan within 48 hours. The full $997 is credited toward any implementation package if you hire BizSuite to build it. If the plan is not useful, you can ask for a refund within 7 days.

You do not have to be mid-season to book it. Off-season is a good time because the fixes can be live before the next rush.

Questions

Common questions

Do you sell HVAC software?

No. This page is about the audit, which is a call and a written plan. If the plan calls for automation, such as missed-call text-back or estimate reminders, implementation is quoted separately and the $997 is credited toward it.

Will I need a new CRM or field-service platform?

Not necessarily. Many gaps are process gaps that the tools you already pay for can close. The audit says which, and does not assume you need to buy anything new.

What do you need from me before the call?

Roughly how leads reach you today (phone, web form, referrals, lead services), the tools you use for scheduling and invoicing, and a few recent examples of quotes that did not close.

Do you guarantee more booked jobs?

No. We do not promise a number. The audit produces a ranked plan; results depend on how much of it gets implemented and on your market.
